10:30am Official Opening:  The Hon Joel Fitzgibbon MP, Federal Member for Hunter, Shadow Minister for Resources. Includes tour of exhibitors.

11:20am Keynote Address

11:50am Concurrent Sessions

12:30-2pm Exhibition Lunch includes Victor Skladnev, MD, Polartechnics.  MC for the session is Mike Rabbitt of NBN TV.  Sponsors, Exhibitors and Guests by voucher only.  Those wishing to attend the luncheon should confirm their booking  before the day.  Cost: $50 per person cash or cheque only.

6:10pm - 7:00pm NSX Happy Hour:   Afternoon Drinks for  Sponsors, Exhibitors and Guests by voucher only all others please pay at the Exhibition Admin Desk on the day.  Cost: $20 per person cash or cheque only..
