The Nominated Adviser forms or available
       for those individuals and organisations
       who wish to be registered as an
      Nominate Adviser

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to apply, applicants must
be either:

A Responsible Officer of the Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited

A Certified Practising Accountant

A Chartered Accountant

A Solicitor or Barrister or

Or possess other suitable educational or practical experience as determined by the Exchange.

Applicants may wish to hold preliminary
discussions with with respect to
their application before lodgment.
