The firm�s structure is organised under four core departments: Corporate; Banking and Financial Services; Property and Construction; and Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Within our Corporate Department we maintain leading national practices in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and private equity.
Our active and integrated national equity capital markets team plays a leading role in the equity area - advising on all aspects of equity capital markets work including acting for issuers and arrangers in large-scale placements and hybrid issues. Our experience extends to offerings in Australia and overseas - or a combination of both - involving a variety of different securities and equity instruments.
