rules
allow a variety of types of organisations
to be listed including PDFs, offshore
companies, credit unions, friendly
societies, cooperatives, companies
seeking dual listings as well as specific
groupings of securities.
LISTING REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 50 security holders, each of
whom must hold at least AUD$2,000
worth of securities;
25% of issued securities to be in the
hands of the public;
Minimum market capitalisation (of
quoted securities) of AUD$500,000;
Must have a two year adequate track
record or be underwritten by an
underwriter acceptable to the Exchange;
Appointment of a Sponsoring
Participating Organisation;
Appointment of a Nominated Adviser.
PROSPECTUS or
INFORMATION MEMORANDUM
An Information Memorandum is
required if the issuer is applying
for a "Compliance Listing". That
is, the issuer meets the listing
requirements and does not
require capital to be raised
three months prior or 3 months
after listing.
A Prospectus is needed if the issuer
requires capital to be raised. The
prospectus must be lodged with
ASIC
