NSX receives it's FSR Act Licence

The NSX was granted an Australian Market Licence by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer Manager of Government Business in the Senate, Senator the Hon Ian Campbell effective 11th March 2002 under subsection 1413(2) of the Corporations Act 2001.

This licence is required under the new Financial Services Reform Act (FSR Act) which commenced operation on 11th March 2002.

Previously the NSX had been licenced under the Corporations Law
