The NSX Listing Rules requires that listed entities report market significant events to the NSX. This information is important to keep the market informed of their activities.  To make this information available the NSX currently supports the following methods to retrieve NSX Regulatory News.  Please read our terms & conditions for using these services

Delayed Announcements

Company announcements are available to the general public 20 minutes after they have been reviewed by the NSX and officially approved for release.  (Please note: The 20 minute delay starts after approval has been given.)  This is a free service.

The time given by NSX for release approval will vary depending on the type of announcement, its size and content.

Real Time Announcements

This service makes Regulatory News accessible as soon as the announcement has been approved for release by the NSX.  This service is a subscription only service.  The current charge is $240.00 per user logon per year.

Subscribers receive an e-mail informing them that a new announcement has arrived.  It is then up to the subscriber to enter the subscription area on the NSX website and retrieve the article.  Announcements will not be emailed to subscribers.

New User Registration

If you wish to become a subscriber to the NSX Real-Time Company Announcement service then please fill out the user registration form. The form requires entry of credit card details for payment in a secure environment.  The subscription lasts for 12 months. 

Please ensure billing details are entered accurately so that reminders for renewals and emails informing you of new announcements can be sent to you without delay.  If not already taken, your chosen username and password will be usable immediately.
